Masks sell particularly well during the winter, when
colds and influenza abound, and during the spring, when pollen counts are
high. For this reason, it is important to match the two to three months
during which masks are selling fast by having a large amount of stock.
We at Shirohato ensures that we always have sufficient stock to sell.

Masks are subject to trends in materials, design, and
function. Shirohato understands consumer requirements, and we are constantly
improving our masks to facilitate meeting these needs.

 |
Means of Solving the Problems
On a hygienic mask which is fitted with ear strings to the right
and left sides of the body of the mask itself, the top part of the mask
is folded in and downwards, and then folded back inwards and upwards. A
flexible wire is fitted to the top, folded part of the mask, which opens
the center of the foremost edge of the mask and closely supports the mask
from the nose area to the cheek area. In addition, the lower part of the

Method for manufacturing a hygienic mask |
 |
 |
Problems to Be Solved
by the Invention
To provide a method for manufacturing a hygienic mask in a simple and swift
manner, and which allows an increase in the number of breathable sheets
incorporated into the mask's structure, as well as the use of breathable
sheets with fold marks, which have been conventionally difficult to use.
The method should allow machining of the masks without damaging the fixed
position of the base of the folds. |
 |
 |
 |
Means of Solving the Problems
A plurality of breathable sheets are sewn together along a plurality of
fold lines before the folding process is implemented on the mask, facilitating
a total sewing process in regard to a mask that has been designed to
fit easily to the curves and protrusions on the face, which requires
multiple folds and is comprised of multiple layers of breathable sheets,
which ?trap? harmful substances such as pollen, fine dust, and the like. |

Problems to Be Solved by the Invention
To improve the general fit of a mask while utilizing a simplified method
of manufacturing that minimizes increased processing costs, and at the
same time improve the effectiveness of the mask in eliminating pollen
and other microscopic particles. |
 |
 |
 |
Means of Solving the Problems
On a hygienic mask made from woven and non-woven fabrics, (1) on the body
of the mask, the top part of the mask is folded in and downwards, and
then folded back inwards and upwards to form the mask shape. When in
use, the center of the foremost edge of the aforementioned folded part
is opened, and the mask is closely fitted to the nose area to the cheek
area. (2) In addition, the lower part of the mask contains a filter pocket,
which can be fitted with a superior filter material that eliminates pollen
and other microscopic particles. |

Problems to Be Solved by the Invention
To provide a hygienic mask which has an improved fit to the face, based
on a mask manufactured from woven and non-woven fabrics, with ear strings
fitted to the right and left edges of the mask. |
 |
 |
 |
Means of Solving the Problems
On a mask made from woven and non-woven fabrics which is large enough to
cover both the mouth and nostrils, and which is provided with two ear
strings attached at the left and right edges 1a which are of a specified
height, the mask is made in such a way as to be long enough to reach
to the area adjacent to the ear when worn. When worn, the upper part
of the mask is fitted to the protrusion of the nose by the use of plastic-deforming
synthetic resin, which is applied to the fabric material as a coating
to maintain the band plate shape 4, and is affixed to the aforementioned
upper part. |
