Our plant is fully automatic and includes the latest in computerized sewing machines, allowing the mass production of high-quality sewn products. Sudden changes in quantities of products shipped depending on season or fashion

The quantity of clothing accessories (fabric products) and other sewn products we ship is related closely to people's lifestyles, which are in turn affected by the seasons and by fashion. A winter in which many people catch colds and flu, or a spring in which the pollen count is high, offer two- to three-month windows for high-volume sales.

If we were to run down our stock during these periods of heavy sales before commissioning additional production, we would run the risk of the season changing and our new stock becoming difficult to sell.

At Shirohato, we have learned the secrets of selling such clothing accessories (fabric products), and always ensure that we have enough stock of these products in order to be able to meet demand during periods of high sales.
